At PanJam, we recognise that our long-term success is directly correlated with the protection of our environment and the well-being of the communities in which we operate. The C. B. Facey Foundation is the charitable arm of PanJam, supporting community initiatives with a holistic hands-on approach that ensures project sustainability and maximum impact in our areas of focus - education, the arts, and the environment.
Through the Foundation, PanJam reflects their philosophy of “Invested in Jamaica” by implementing sound business practices, assisting the communities in which they operate, and helping to shape a better, more educated society.
The Foundation is named after the late Cecil Boswell Facey, the corner stone of our Group of Companies, and a man who believed in the supreme worth of the individual, the dignity of labour and that every opportunity implied an obligation and every success a duty to the less fortunate.
